Course Outline
Medium Intensity Training Course about the Core Stabilizers and Leg muscles. Divided in two 20 minutes sections, each one includes:
A) Abdominals, Low Back and Leg exercises.
B) Holistic modification of the first section exercises, inspired from Pilates and Yoga teaching techniques.
