Course Outline
The Cross Training Concept is a high-intensity program that combines many types of training (Strength, Power, Explosion, Coordination, Flexibility, etc.) through a series of aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
Cross training has changed all the data in the fitness area because in a very short time you can lose unnecessary fat but at the same time achieve a proper empowerment resulting in a very athletic and well-formed body.
