Course Outline

Power Cycling Concept is a group exercise class made on static bikes designed to simulate outdoor cycling. An indoor cycling lesson includes the instructor in the front of the room, who guides the trainees in different positions and exercises on the bike. The exercises and the bike seats are designed to simulate situations encountered in outdoor biking such as mountain climbs, sprints and jumps.

It is considered to be the best aerobic – anaerobic exercise program for all trainee levels. It is based on the principles of outdoor cycling, by using a specific way of creating a training goal. Depending on the training goal of each course, we choose techniques based on the following training principles:

• Power Interval Training
