Fitness and Aerobic professional since 2004. Graduated dancer at classical ballet from the Rallou Manou High School of Dance. Official trainer at major gyms in Athens with specialization in Hip Hop and Yoga.

She was first ranked at Nike’s Free Style dance contest organized in 2007 in Athens.

Studio One Official Trainer in Dance Diploma.
