BRIEF BIO

Certified Instructor E-RYT 200h and E-RYT 500h by Yoga Alliance, after having completed his training in Rishikesh, India and Greece. He was trained as a 2nd degree Reiki Practitioner by Master Babajay (Jay Moore) in Rishikesh. He has also been certified with the Pilates Matwork Diploma by the Educational Institution Studio One. He has attended various seminars in Injury Rehabilitation and Traumatology held out by the Instructor and Physical Therapist Katerina Lianou, as well as Life Coaching seminars by Minas Taliakis.

He is an official Instructor of the Educational Institution Studio One in Yoga and Personal Training Diplomas. He teaches in workshops and courses that provide educational Certifications and Diplomas.
