BRIEF BIO

Studio One certified Pilates instructor by Alan Herdman for mat & equipment and by Anthony Lett ‘Innovations in Pilates’. She has been working as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer in several studios in Athens. Working also as an Assistance coach at the Pilates diploma of Studio One Greek Institute of fitness.

She studied beside great pilates pioneers and Senior trainers such as Alan Herdman, Lolita San Miguel, Madeleine Black, Blossom Leilani Crawford, Caron Bosler, Serafino Ambrosio.
