Graduate of the Athens Department of Physical Education and Sports Science with specialization in Exercise and Robustness. Postgraduate student in Physical Education and Sport section of the Athens University of Physical Education. Since 2004 he has been Fitness and Personal Trainer in large Fitness and Health Clubs in Athens. Senior Trainer at Personal Training Diploma of Studio One.

With research work has attended and participated in scintific conventions in Greece and abroad
